Third party web site(Other than the KDK Group Web site(s) linked to or from the KDK Site(s)) are independently operated and maintained by such third parties and are not under the control and/or supervision of KDK. The Company provides no warranty as to the contents of such third party web sites.

2. Linking to KDK Site(s).
When you link to KDK Site(s), please contact the administrator.
Please contact the administrator again when you make a major change in the page link to the KDK Site(s).
The name of the Company, if used when linking to our home page from external sites, must be expressed correctly as KDK. When providing a link with a banner logo, you must use the banner logo provided by KDK. The trademark right and any other intellectual property rights to the banner logo remain alter or modify the banner logo in any way when using it.
KDK may at its sole discretion request you to remove a link as described above or link which we determine to be inappropriate, notwithstanding any prior approval from the Company.

- A link that makes the KDK Site(s) indistinguishable from another site such as a frame link.

4. All controversies and disputes arising out of or relating to the KDK Site(s) shall be submitted to the Nagoya District Court in Aichi, Japan as the Court of first instance.
